MOLM-13 cell line was derived from the peripheral blood of a 20-year-old male patient with acute myeloid leukemia. These cells carry an internal duplication sequence of FLT3. The FLT3 protein is not expressed, and the cells carry a CBLδ-exon 8 mutant.
