HCCLM3 cell line is a highly spontaneous lung metastasis liver cancer cell line obtained by inoculating human liver cancer cell line MHCC97-H into nude mice, screening for lung metastasis three times, and subcutaneously inoculating lung metastatic tumors. HCCLM3 cells are widely used in basic and clinical research on the pathogenesis of human liver cancer, and can also be used for screening anti-tumor drugs.
