MHCC-97H cell line came from Zhongshan Hospital. Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line MHCC97-H was inoculated into nude mice, and three rounds of lung metastasis screening were conducted. The lung metastatic tumors were harvested to establish a highly spontaneous lung metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma cell line after subcutaneous inoculation.
